Why I build these
Nothing was broken. The knowing just lived in the wrong place.
I kept running into the same company. The work was good, the people were good, and the whole operation ran out of one spreadsheet, one inbox, and two or three heads. When the person who knew the answer was on a plane, the rest of us guessed. Sometimes we guessed high and lost the job. Sometimes we guessed low and ate the difference.
Meanwhile everyone had bought an AI tool. It was writing fine emails and knew nothing whatsoever about how this particular company quotes, mobilizes, or handles a bad week on site. It could not, because nobody had ever written any of that down in a form it could read.
So that is the job. I take what you already have, the past proposals and the procedures and a recording of somebody explaining how a job really goes, and I turn it into a small set of written files. Then I install them on the AI tool your team already pays for, and I leave you a process for adding to them.
It is not software and there is nothing new to log into. It is your own knowledge, written down properly, put somewhere it can be asked a question.
